Himalayan Haze Shipping Policy. Physical products are made to order and fulfilled by production partners. Standard merchandise shipping is A$9.95 below an A$80.00 merchandise subtotal and free at or above that threshold. Delivery is available to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, much of Europe, Singapore, and Japan; import duties and local charges are payable by the recipient. Tracking is added to the order record when the carrier accepts the parcel, and damage or loss claims can be raised through the contact page within 30 days of delivery.
