7-Day Stress Relief Journey
A public seven-session self-guided introduction to grounding and everyday stress support, with a first-session preview and optional progress tracking.
What this path explores
The sequence introduces simple grounding and attention practices for ordinary moments of pressure. It is designed for personal reflection rather than diagnosis or treatment.
Access and pacing
The first session is available as a complete public sample. A free account can save progress; adjust, shorten, or pause any practice that feels uncomfortable.
Session guide
Day 1, Grounding with Brown Noise and Rain: a five-minute grounding listen with brown noise and rain. Stay with the sound and the weight of the body. Day 2, Rain Meditation for Stress Release: use steady rain as the object of attention and let the shoulders drop on each exhale. Day 3, Peaceful Body Scan Meditation: move attention slowly from feet to head, noticing sensation without trying to change it. Day 4, 432Hz Mountain Winds Relaxation: a wind-and-tone session for present-moment listening. Keep the volume low. Day 5, Kalimba Loving-Kindness Practice: pair the kalimba track with a short wish of ease for yourself, then for someone else. Day 6, Nature Sounds and Light Music: nature sounds and light music as a simple outdoor-style pause, even if you are indoors. Day 7, Harp and River Integration: close the week with harp and river sounds, then note one practice you will keep.
